- Next-Level Screw The most crucial component of a sommelier knife is the screw, and we proudly claim that there's no smoother screw than LUSCIOUZ's. It's so smooth that it doesn't even produce friction sounds when removing corks, making it a silent screw that allows you to uncork wines beautifully even in restaurants. This is a professional sommelier knife that sommeliers and industry experts will love.
- Ideal for vintage wines When uncorking aged wines, choosing the right wine opener is crucial. Our frictionless dimensional screw smoothly approaches even old and worn corks. It truly shines when dealing with delicate vintage corks that tend to break. Once you experience it, you'll never want to use any other sommelier knife again.
- Double Action Designed with a two-stage action for the convenience of both beginner sommelier knife users and professionals. With two points of contact, you can quickly open long corks with minimal effort by dividing the process into two stages. It's recommended for professionals and is used in many restaurant settings.
- Handmade by artisans LUSCIOUZ wine openers are meticulously crafted one by one, by skilled artisans, using handiwork. Experience the precision and durability unique to handcrafted products.
