Flame Retardant
The Flame Retardant (FR) multistrand flexible PVC insulated building wires by Fybros are equipped with fire retardant properties and its conductor is insulated with specially formed FR grade PVC compound. These wires hold high insulation resistance, oxygen, temperature index, and dielectric strength that prevents the leakage of electric current. Suitable for use in surface-mounted or embedded conduits or trucking. Also suitable for filed protected installation in lighting fitting and inside appliances.
Ultra Flexible Flame Retardant
UFFR Cables are made of highly pure electrolytic grade bright annealed bare copper with more than 100% conductivity which makes it an excellent conductor of electricity thus helping in saving energy. These cables are made with a specially formulated UFFR PVC compound that can withstand heating temperatures up to 70°. Suitable for wiring of all types of control panels, buildings, factories, relay racks, surface mounted or embedded conduits trunking. Such wires are mostly used by electrical contractors, electricians, municipalities, etc.
Zero Halogen Flame Retardant
ZHFR (Zero Halogen Flame Retardant) wiring cables are made with an imported specially formulated non-PVC material which is the product of the most advanced halogen-free technology. It does not emit highly corrosive halogen acid gases/toxic fumes and there is almost nil smoke. In case of fire, the conventional wiring cables will produce toxic gases which are very harmful to the environment.
Triple Layer PVC Protection
Our wires with 3-layer insulation technology are specially crafted for enhanced electrical and fire safety. The finest quality of raw materials are used to ensure that copper retains its brightness and doesn’t turn black inside insulation, even in unfavorable conditions. It also ensures high efficiency in electrical properties and maintenance for a longer period.
Strongest Conductivity
The pure copper conductor of Fybros wires provides strong conductivity and its specially formulated PVC compound gives high insulation resistance.
Fybros Wires are having three layers of high-Grade PVC Compound which makes it flame retardant up to a high-temperature index of 250* Celsius at 21% oxygen index. Highly Resistant or non-flammable up to 29%-35% Oxygen Index while earth atmospheric temperature is 21%.
Importance of colours in House Wires

Red, Blue, and Yellow Wires- Phase Wires.
Green Wires- Ground/Earthing Wire.
Black Wires- Neutral Wires.
